1. Clean the melted plastic in the injection molding machine.
2. When repairing the injection molding machine, the temperature of the barrel must be adjusted to the lowest to reduce the possibility of material thermal decomposition.
3. If the injection molding machine has been shut down for a long time and residual material has not been cleaned, the residual material should be cleaned first. Then, turn off the injection molding machine and wait for the injection molding machine to cool down completely before reheating and starting the injection molding process.
It is best to avoid shutting down the injection molding machine during the injection molding process unless there is a special situation. First, it will cause a lot of energy and material waste. Second, it will prolong the injection molding cycle. Especially for high-temperature plastics, the heating cycle of the injection molding machine is long. Third, after the machine is turned on again, the injection molding machine needs to be readjusted.
